WELCOME TO HOGG’S HOLLOW

Although best known for its dazzling mansions on the Bridle Path, Hogg’s Hollow offers winding crescents set in the rustic beauty of the Don River Valley. Named after James Hogg, a Scotsman from Lanarkshire, who settled here in 1824. This neighbourhood was subdivided in 1920 and slowly but steadily developed until the 60’s when it evolved into a beautiful and upscale neighbourhood.

THE NEIGBOURS

One percenters and celebrities. With its relaxed pace, gigantic lots and privacy, residents (like Drake) swear that Hogg’s Hollow is worth every penny.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Lavish, uptown district offering multiple micro neighbourhoods of quiet tree lined cul-de sacs.

THE LIFESTYLE

Low key but never dull. While many lust after its spacious real eatate it also offers excellent healthcare, a sprawling park system and some of the city’s best private schools. Convenient access to downtown via line one of the subway system (either the Yonge or University side) Motorists can head south and be downtown in twenty minutes.

THE MARKET

An eclectic mix of Tudor, English Cottage, Georgian and Modernist homes set in lush landscape. Luxury condominium townhouses and apartments sit atop Yonge Street Hill, overlooking the valley.
